{{plan.description}}
We offer bespoke packages, dedicated clusters, and on-premise versions for your data center.
An action is an atomic operation, e.g. a read of an object's data and location, an update to an object's position, a subscription notification, the creation or update of an area or the deletion of an instruction. Actions can be triggered by a client sending a message, the server sending a message to the client or a rule execution leading to a change in an object's data.
Hivekit's API provides both request and response communication via HTTP and persistent connections via TCP or Websocket. The number of concurrent connections determines the maximum number of clients (phones, server processes, IoT devices, etc.) that can have a persistent connection open at the same time.
Hivekit supports custom business rules that are triggered by events such as data changes, intervals, or API invocations. The number of rule executions determines the total amount of rules that will be evaluated on a given day. We provide the tools necessary to execute rules efficiently (debouncing, only every x updates etc.).
We accept all common Credit or Debit Cards. We use Stripe to collect monthly payments and handle invoicing.
The sandbox tier has the same features as all other plans. It's only limited in terms of actions, connections and rule executions.
No - we only require payment details once you select a paid plan.
We're happy to discuss bespoke offers. Please get in touch.
All our self-signup plans (startup, small company, and growth) are charged monthly and can be canceled at any time. When you cancel, your plan will be available for the remainder of the 30 day payment period and then run out.
When you change your plan we calculate prorations based on the billing cycle. Say you're 20 days into a 30 day billing cycle and you decide to upgrade from startup ($49) to small company ($99). We would then only charge you $16.66 upon upgrading for the ten remaining days (99$ * (10/30) - 49$ * (10/30)). If you downgrade to a cheaper plan, we'll substract already made payments from the upcoming invoices. If you downgrade from a paid plan to a free one, we'll refund the payments prorated on the billing cycle - so if you switch to Startup and decide two days later that it's not for you, we'll return $45.73 of the $49.00 you've paid (49 * (28 days/30 days billing cycle))
We will automatically email you if you are within 90% of your quotas. If you exceed your plan's limits, we will NOT block additional requests or limit you in any other way within the current billing cycle but will prompt you to upgrade in the next one.
We offer three support levels:
It really depends on your use case. Just get in touch, and we'd be happy to give you a custom offer.
