Versions and feature availability

These guides describe the current documentation source. A hosted platform, customer-run server, and mobile client can differ in installed version, configuration, and available features.

Ask your administrator which versions and features your organisation uses. A learning path describes a work responsibility; it does not automatically grant access to its screens.

Define the supported-version policy

Publish a browser/server/mobile compatibility matrix, steps to identify installed versions, and the documentation versions retained for supported customer installations. Do not infer compatibility from a version number alone.
