Architecture and requirements
Hivekit deployments combine the core server, the browser app, authentication, and persistence or supporting storage where configured. The server can use all-in-one, proxy, and realm-instruction-processor roles.
People management and local email/password authentication require PostgreSQL. Authentication emails require SMTP and a trusted public frontend URL. See People and Authentication Deployment.
